central location professional staff

the location worked very well it was central and accessible. the staff were professional and addressed my requests promptly i received dessert as a kind gesture for my anniversary.

i found limited lift availability which caused delays i think one lift for five floors is not enough. breakfast space was also small for the number of guests.

leaking shower head impractical upgrade

i felt let down by the condition of the bathroom! the shower head leaked persistently. it was clearly not well maintained and took away from my comfort. also, the complimentary upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment wasn't very practical since i traveled alone. it meant having to go up and down more than i would have liked.
